The Center provides home delivered meals to seniors in Hillsboro. Meals are $3.75 per day, billed monthly. Seniors who meet income and other eligibility criteria may be able to get their meals partially subsidized through the Center's Angel Fund or completely paid for through the Area Agency on Aging, Dist. 7 PASSPORT program. Social Security representatives are at the Center the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 9:00-12:00. No appointment necessary, you are seen by number.
We are happy to provide links & referrals to other agencies and programs offering such services as transportation, emergency HEAP, home delivered meals outside Hillsboro, legal services and more.
